Advanced Notice Cancellations - cancellation requests provided via email or by phone at least 24 hours in advance will be provided with a credit voucher for the full order value to be valid for use toward your next order. Credit vouchers are valid for 30 days and must be utilized within a single transaction (no carry over balances).

Same-Day Notice Cancellations - cancellation requests provided via email or by phone for same-day meal deliveries will be provided a credit voucher for 50% of the total cancelled order amount including delivery fee for use toward your next dinner order.

Delivery Address Changes - any changes related to delivery location must be submitted to support@dailyrasoi.com prior to 12 noon on the day of delivery to become effective. Requests made after that cut-off time may not be accommodated and would be subject to same terms as cancellation policy.
